Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Country Club
Calling all golf novices and pros! You’re invited to our fun and friendly golf outing at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar’s stunning golf course along the Mameyes River, framed by the El Yunque National Rainforest!
This event is all about enjoying the views, fun times, memorable laughs, and good company. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged. From first timers and inexperienced participants to intermediate and advanced players, we’ll have groups to accommodate everyone’s level of play. We guarantee you’ll have a great time with the Electronic Payments crew!
To register, simply sign up when completing your IMPACT26 registration. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot!
Cost
$250.00/per player, for 18 holes
Includes 10% discount on green fees, golf cart rental, boxed lunch (brought to you on the course!), and beverages. Shuttle transportation to/from main resort and country club also included.
Club rentals are available to reserve in advance and pay for on-site for an additional cost ($90.00/rental, plus tax).
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the dress code?
We want everyone to be comfortable during the conference. We suggest wearing business casual or smart casual attire for all Electronic Payments daytime events, evening dinners, and meetings. Jeans, khakis, slacks, dresses, and skirts are acceptable. Shorts are permitted at all venues.
The Country Club requires golf attire to support mobility and comfort, such as:

Will Electronic Payments arrange and pay for my transportation and air travel?
Is there a registration deadline?
Will there be a waiting list if registration is at capacity?
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel or transfer your registration to another individual by referring to the "Manage Your Registration" link within your IMPACT confirmation email or by logging into your registration page. Click the “Manage Your Registration" link and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations. You may cancel your hotel reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel after the stated cancellation deadline, the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort will assess a fee. This fee equals one night of your charges (for the first night of your reservation), plus tax, and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Golf Outing: Please cancel for a full refund by Friday, October 9, 2026.
Can I bring a business colleague?

Our preferred group rate is $259.00/night (single/double occupancy), plus applicable taxes, gratuities, and a $45.00 daily resort fee.
Can I extend my stay?
